TURMERIC MILK RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of natural cow’s milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Agasthiar Organic turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Panang karkandu
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of ground cardamom(If have phlegm problem)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the natural cow’s milk into a small saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent the milk from scorching or boiling over.
  2. As the milk warms up, add the turmeric powder, black pepper and cardamom. These spices not only enhance the flavor but also provide additional health benefits.
