Cooking recipe

  • Boil one big ripened tomato in 500ml of water and ½ teaspoon of Agasthiar Turmeric for a minute.
  • Let it to be cooled and blend it into a paste and add into the boiled water.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of AgasthiarMudakkarattanrasam powder in the consistency.
  • Add Agasthiar Himalayan purified salt for taste.
  • Boil it for 2 minutes. Rasam is ready to serve it. For the bet result consume it twice a day.

Mudakkarattan Thosai

  1. Take the idli-dosa batter in a bowl and add 1 Tablespoon of Agasthiarmudakkaruttanrasampowder; grind it into a smooth paste.
  2. Batter should be in pouring consistency. Heat a tawa, pour ladle full of batter, and spread it around to a dosa.
  3. Drizzle few drops of Agasthiar pure cow’s ghee around and let the side cook for 2 minutes over medium flame.
  4. Flip the dosa over and let the the other side cook for few seconds.
  5. Mudkkaruttankeeraidosa is ready to be served with beetroot chutney, kaara chutney, coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
